In order for the WTACI to continue to provide the high level of scholarships we have given in the past, we are looking for ways to help reduce our meeting costs. Two of these ways are to ask for your help in providing break refreshments and lunch at the annual meeting. We are asking for a commitment of $100 minimum for break sponsorship (includes one lunch guest) and $250 for lunch sponsorship (includes two lunch guests) to offset these expenses. In return, you may hang your company banner in the conference area, we will also provide a list of Corporate Sponsors in the registration area and will announce all Corporate Sponsors during the general session. We would also encourage someone from your organization to visit the conference and join us for lunch.
When checking out, put the attendee's (1 for Break Sponsor and 2 for Lunch Sponsor) name(s) and email(s) in the boxes listed as 'Attendee's Name' and 'Attendee's E-mail'. When listing multiple people, delimit each name with a backslash (i.e. John Doe / Jane Doe).
